Since 2005, Geokos A&A has provided integrated geotechnical investigation, in-situ testing, accredited laboratory testing, geophysics and engineering services for buildings, transport, energy, water, environmental and industrial infrastructure.

Geokos’s technical leadership combines institutional experience, regional geological knowledge and contemporary geotechnical engineering practice. Responsibilities extend from investigation planning and field operations to interpretation, engineering review and recommendations for design.
Founder & Senior Advisor
Agim Muçolli
Agim Muçolli founded Geokos A&A in 2005 and led the company as General Manager until 2017, guiding the development of its geotechnical investigation, field and engineering capabilities. His responsibilities included technical and operational leadership, team organisation and oversight of major project delivery. Today he contributes as Senior Advisor, providing institutional continuity and experienced judgement on important technical and strategic decisions.

Gent Muçolli
Gent holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts, USA, where he completed his bachelor’s degree with distinction. With more than ten years of geotechnical engineering experience, he leads Geokos’s engineering delivery from investigation planning through field and laboratory data, ground modelling, analysis and practical recommendations for design and construction. He is a Licensed Engineer, Licence A, with the Chamber of Engineers of the Republic of Kosovo.

Lead Geologist | Geological Engineer
Xhevat Kurti
Xhevat Kurti has been part of Geokos A&A since 2006 and holds a leading responsibility for the geological aspects of its investigations. His experience includes planning and supervising fieldwork, borehole logging, interpreting geological conditions and identifying ground risks that may affect design and construction. His long-standing knowledge of regional geology helps connect field observations and test results with the final geotechnical interpretation.
